Consecutive Starts by a QuarterBack

Brett Farve holds the record for the most consecutive games as a QB. He started in 1992 and played every game over the next 19 season. It reached 297 straight games and ended in 2010 when he got hurt and Tavaris Jackson came in to play for him. It’s Brett;s last season and he played through injury and broken thumbs and he still played on. Brett is a warrior in the NFL football world to continue to play games and play hurt in the NFL. He has taken so many hits and this is special especially in such a violent and injury prone sport. Number 4 Brett Farve has the record on the Packers and the Vikings. He has to be the toughest QB and finally got hurt with the shoulder injury and smashing sack put him to the dirt. He doubled Ron Jawarksy’s record and Peyton Manning is catching up, but it will tough to break the NFL record of Brett Farve.
